Our event "How to Win VC Money (Fast)" is entering its third round!

Anyone starting a business in the IT and tech sectors can hardly avoid the topic of venture capital. But many startups lack the necessary know-how. We want to change that with our event, „How to Win VC Money (Fast).“.

This interactive tutorial provides founders and startups with the knowledge they need to structure a funding round. As partners and supporters of young startups, SZA Schilling, Zutt & Anschütz (experts in legal matters), Flick Gocke Schaumburg (experts in tax and business law), and Falkensteg (experts in business economics) share their experiences. From finding VC investors and pitching to negotiating the term sheet and the notary appointment.

So, let's move beyond bootstrapping: We'll discuss with you when and how a (first) round of funding makes sense, and what you should keep in mind.

On October 17, starting at 4:00 p.m. at the MAFINEX Technology Center: How to Win VC Money (Fast).
