Meeting Room A3 can be used for seminars, small workshops, or slightly larger meetings. The room is already equipped with a projector (VGA and HDMI). A whiteboard or flip chart can easily be reserved along with the room.

10 silver bistro tables (120x70 cm), with cushioned seating, and a counter for catering. The room is located on the ground floor of Building A, directly adjacent to the lecture hall, and can be used for catering or a get-together to complement your event in the lecture hall.

This meeting room is designed for workshops and informal meetings. It is equipped with four to five hexagonal tables, 6–8 chairs, and a swing. There is also a whiteboard on the wall. The room is located on the ground floor in Building C, not far from the Lou.

The lounge is ideal for receptions, catered events, barbecues, lectures, and networking events. It is equipped with approximately 30 seats, 5 tables, a swing, a projector (HDMI+VGA), a screen, a kitchenette, a refrigerator, and a couch area. There’s also a large outdoor area that offers the perfect setting for a get-together at the end of a workshop day in the summer.
The lounge is directly adjacent to rooms C1, C2, and C3.

The NEXT HUB is the ideal workshop space. Equipped with a projector (VGA + HDMI), a screen, 4 workstations, and 2 bar tables, it’s perfect for group work. Many additional small seating areas are particularly well-suited for agile work. A small kitchenette with a coffee maker perfectly rounds out the amenities. The lounge is directly adjacent to rooms C1, C2, and C3.

In addition, there is another small, completely separate meeting room on the premises. It is equipped with a table and six chairs, making it suitable for small, private meetings. The room also features a screen with “Click & Show” technology for easy projection onto the screen.

Equipped with chairs and microphones for up to 4 people, as well as a RØDECaster, our studio has everything you need to record your own podcast. Each speaker station is equipped with an individually adjustable microphone and a pair of headphones.
With the RØDECaster, you can record the podcast, adjust the volume of each microphone, play music and sound effects, and bring in guests via phone.
All you need to bring for your recording is your own SD memory card, and then you're all set to go!

The lecture hall is ideal for symposia, lectures, forums, and large-scale events. It is equipped with a projector (VGA + HDMI), a screen, 2 handheld microphones, 1 gooseneck microphone, 1 lapel microphone, 145 chairs, and 30 tables. Depending on the event, there are various seating arrangements available. With parliamentary seating, the room accommodates 60 people; with theater-style seating, it accommodates 145; and with a U-shaped layout featuring tables, it accommodates 30 people.
