Startups and Hospitals driving tomorrow's solutions today

Following the success of last year's event, we are excited to announce the next edition of our startup-hospital matchmaking, CIM² Clinical Innovation Meeting in Mannheim. Last year, we brought innovative startups and clinics together, enabling the Swiss team QUMEA to gain access to the University Medical Center Mannheim, where it has now implemented its technology.

Once again this year, we would like to offer a platform that brings startups and clinics together to discuss the joint implementation of promising innovations in the clinic.

This year, the event is driven by experienced partners from Mannheim, Heidelberg, Breisach, Basel, and Strasbourg, ensuring an international audience and a diverse range of perspectives.

Event Goals

For Startups and SMEs: Gain unparalleled opportunities to engage with potential users and customers, exchange ideas with other young companies, and tackle common challenges in the healthcare sector.
For Clinics: Receive validated insights into potential innovations for clinical routines through presentations from cutting-edge startups. Network with other clinics that are implementing or have implemented innovative solutions.

Participation Criteria and Event Concept

To achieve our goals, we have established the following criteria:

Eligibility: Startups and young SMEs with a proven track record of cooperation with one or more clinics are invited to apply. Preference will be given to applications where the cooperating clinic also participates in the event.
Nominations by Clinics: Clinics can nominate up to two startups with whom they have had or are currently having successful cooperation.

The event audience will consist of a carefully selected group of these startups and clinic representatives, fostering an environment conducive to collaboration and innovation.
