Rukayyat Kolawole is a financial expert with years of experience in Investment Banking, Investment and Wealth Management, and over 14 years as coach and advisor. She is also on the board of Kassavex, a social impact agricultural company in Nigeria, founding member of the Germany Committee of 100 Women in Finance, and a mentor at &ahead, Germany.

With her own business PaceUP Invest  she wants to help more women of all colours to become financially independent and empowered. As a female founder with her own fiduciary responsibilities, she knows what it felt like to be left behind when it comes to the financial industry.

Ludmila Livertovsky is an experienced multicultural leader with a broad background in the IT sector & international business operation. The last 15 years her role spanned many activities from strategic to tactical — most notably between engineering, marketing, sales, design and analytic teams. Familiar with all the processes that startups face she started a new journey with her own company in 2018: BeNear. The Israeli-European Startup is driven by the idea of Shared Economy and Collaborative Consumption for local communities. The App enables an exchange of daily task and care skills in a trusted way. It is designed for urban communities to collaborate in daily routines for free or for e fee.

Engy Youssef has a passion about everything related to entrepreneurship and empowering women in tech. As an international technology and startup professional with an educational background in tech and business, she has more than 10 years of experience in the technology sector across different functional and geographical areas. During the past 4 years she had different entrepreneurial roles and worked as an expert in the Startup-Investement scene – with her own ideas every now and then!
