Storno

If events are not held due to reasons beyond our control, the tenant is still obligated to pay 100% of the agreed rental fee for the premises, items, and facilities, unless the event is canceled in writing at least one week before the scheduled date.

If the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before the planned event date, fees amounting to 50% of the costs will apply.

If the cancellation takes place more than 14 days before your event, it is free of charge.

Catering Services

As the landlord, we do not provide catering services that can be directly booked with the rooms. Depending on the location (city center), there are different arrangements regarding catering. In some centers, we are contractually bound to an in-house caterer, while in others, you are free to choose a caterer. If you have any questions about catering, we are happy to assist as needed.

Cleaning Fees

For smaller bookings, the cleaning fees for individual spaces and meeting rooms are included in the room price. For larger bookings involving multiple rooms and a higher number of participants, we calculate a separate cleaning fee depending on the center. This fee will be listed separately during the booking process.

Parking Facilities

Parking facilities at all our centers are limited because most of the parking spaces are reserved for tenants. However, you can usually find parking options in nearby parking garages and open parking areas. Feel free to ask us for the best alternative parking options or consider using public transportation for your commute.

Weekend Bookings

It is possible to book our rooms on weekends. However, please note that there is a separate weekend surcharge for these bookings. Since we are not on-site at the centers during the weekend, we will work with you to find an individual solution for room access and handover.

Set-Up and Tear-Down for Large Events

For all bookings, please note that setup and tear-down must occur on the same day as the event, or within the booked time window for half-day bookings. If you require setup on the day before or tear-down on the day after for larger events, you will need to book the rooms for those additional days.

WIFI

We have complimentary Wi-Fi available in all of our event spaces to ensure smooth connectivity for all users.

Equipment

Depending on the event space, additional equipment can be easily booked. This includes items such as mobile flipcharts and whiteboards, portable projectors, microphones, or grills.

Photography

Photography sessions in one of our buildings are easily possible, either in a regularly booked room or for a fee in the public areas of our buildings.
